Midwest Junior Tour Championship / Point System

The Midwest Junior Tour (MWJT) point evaluation system establishes objective criteria by which the Midwest Junior Tour and its founding partners evaluate player performance across all tour competitions.

Points are awarded to every participant in every sanctioned event, with a running total maintained throughout the season on BlueGolf and midwest.pga.com. Points accumulated as of midnight on the day of the last event of the summer season for the 18-hole, 9-hole, and 6-hole divisions determine invitations and eligibility for the year-end Midwest Junior Tour Championship (The Invitational) as well as Player of the Year honors.

Ties in Standings: In the event of a tie for any placing in an event, points assigned to the tied positions are combined and distributed equally among the tied players. (For example, a two-way tie for 2nd place in a regular event combines 42 and 37 points, awarding 39.5 points to each player).

Official Cutoff Deadline: Points earned through midnight on the day of the final summer regular season event determine final rankings for invitations to the year-end Midwest Junior Tour Championship and Player of the Year awards.
